How long does it take to register a company in India?

A Private Limited Company is usually registered in 7 to 10 working days once your documents are ready, subject to MCA approval. LLPs, OPCs and proprietorships can be faster. We prepare and file everything for you to avoid the common causes of delay.

What documents do I need to register a company?

For most registrations you need PAN, Aadhaar and an ID/address proof for each director or partner, plus a registered office address proof (a recent utility bill with a rent agreement or NOC). We send a tailored checklist so nothing is missing on the first submission.
